Guidelines for a Productive Learning Environment

๐ŸŽ“ For Students

  • Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance is required for exam eligibility.
  • Punctuality: Must report to class 5 minutes before the first bell.
  • Uniform: Full, clean school uniform must be worn at all times.
  • Electronics: Mobile phones are strictly prohibited on campus.
  • Integrity: Any form of bullying or academic dishonesty will face strict action.
  • Students must enter the school premises by 10.40 am.
  • If a student needs to leave early the guardian must secure permission of the school authorities.
  • Absenteeism must be noted in school diary by the guardian
  • A student must not cause damage to school property.
  • The school cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of personal belonging of the students
  • Guardians must fix prior appointment with a teacher through a note in the specified section of the school diary, if they wish to meet the concerned teacher.
  • Students must participate in all co-curricular activities.
  • Students are expected to behave in a polite manner with all staff members.
  • Students failing to secure 75% attendance in an academic session will not be allowed to sit for annual examination.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿซ For Teachers

  • Instruction: Maintain an updated weekly Lesson Plan and Diary.
  • Professionalism: Adhere to the designated school timings and class schedule.
  • Assessment: Provide timely feedback and grading on student assignments.
  • Conduct: Maintain a neutral and supportive attitude toward all learners.
  • Supervision: Ensure student safety during recess and extracurricular hours.

School Uniforms

It is compulsory for the pupils to wear the prescribed School Uniform, the particulars of which are given below:

๐Ÿ‘ฆ For Boys

Navy Blue shorts/trousers and white shirts along with School Badge and ID Card are to be worn compulsorily on every working day. Pupils must also wear White Shoes with White Socks. Navy Blue Sweaters must be worn in winter.
Upto class VIII Uniforms will be provided by the Government. For classes IX and X, students have to arrange their own uniforms as per the specifications given by the school.

๐Ÿ‘ง For Girls

Navy blue tunics and white shirts/ white churidar along with school badge,white ribbon and ID card , white shoes and white socks are to be worn on every working day. Navy blue sweaters are to be used in winter.
Upto class VIII Uniforms will be provided by the Government. For classes IX and X, students have to arrange their own uniforms as per the specifications given by the school.

It is compulsory for the pupils to be present at school during the specified hours, the particulars of which are given below:
